Carolina (“Caro”) is our welcoming Front Office Manager and a proud Long Beach native. With over five years of experience in dentistry, she’s often the first friendly face you’ll see and is dedicated to making every patient feel comfortable, informed, and genuinely cared for. She brings a strong blend of patient care, organization, and leadership to keep the practice running smoothly. Carolina is also pursuing her Dental Hygiene degree at West Coast University and is expected to graduate in 2028.

Passionate about learning and growth, Carolina has completed advanced training through Spear Education and regularly engages in hands-on learning focused on communication, teamwork, and patient-centered care. She recently attended her first TDO User Meeting with Dr. Bianca, where she enjoyed learning from leading voices in dentistry.

Carolina loves being part of a growing practice and takes pride in creating a warm, seamless experience for every patient. Outside the office, you’ll find her working out in the gym, spending time at the beach with her adopted Siberian husky mix, Latte, or relaxing at a cozy coffee shop with a good book or studying for her next exam.
